My long-time friend and dive partner, Barry Weiss, has died of a very unexpected heart attack while on a live-aboard off Honduras. He didn't even make his first dive...

He was an avid diver - diving was the focus of his life, and he'll be missed...

I'm very sorry to hear about your loss. My prayers and condolences to you and his friends and family.

My condolences. It's never easy to lose a friend.

My condolences to the family and to you.

Dave

My condolences as well. It's hard to lose someone that you are so close to. Your dive buddy, the one you trust with you life.

Prayers and good vibes to you and the family.

Michael

There has to be a special trust with dive buddies that makes it extra difficult to lose one of them. Sorry to hear that.

My heart breaks for you. I also lost my dive buddie and love of my life from a sudden heart attack this past February. He was scubaboard.com member fldiver, Matt was just 45 with no history of heart problems. I truly, truly feel your pain.

Sea Dragon.

Wasn't there a thread about that? I believe I remember seeing it. I'm sorry to ever hear about ones lose, dive buddy, husband, brother, sister or anything else. I lost a brother due to luekima. I was 10, he was 18, that's just WAY to yound to die.

Much love and good vibes to you and OldFireDiver and anyone else that's suffered a lose.

Michael
