I'm sorry to hear that you haven't had great luck with these lights. I've been selling these for a while and I can honestly say I don't get much returns due to flooding. The ones that do come back, I try to my best to work with the customer to get things right. I do agree that the manufacturer return policy is getting stricter though :\
