Tech Training

I am reading a lot about the Tech diving scene and deciding when, where and with whom (individual and agency) to take my first steps.

I understand that the training essentially boils down to the individual instructor and not the agency.

I need some objective and honest views and recommendations to assist me in deciding. I live in Hong Kong so would be happy travelling around Asia or to Oz.

What kind of technical diving are you interested in? It's not all the same - deep, long, wrecks, caves, all require somewhat different skillsets and equipment and training.
