Wow the diving in Tel Aviv sounds great with excellent visibility! Here in Texas some of the lakes I dive at are only around 1-3 feet vis, and the good one Lake Travis is 10-15 feet. The sub off Haifa sounds promising, I will have to look that up for my next trip there!
