Has anyone dove in Thailand lately?

I'm heading to Bangkok in a couple weeks and trying to decide which Island/Islands to head to for some diving.

Thinking about Ko Tao or Ko Lanta.

Has anyone been on the Andaman side since the Tsunami? Is Ko Phi Phi, or Phuket ok to dive?

Any Island and Dive shop recommendations? We are novice to intermediate divers.

Would appreciate your ideas!!!
