Here's a tip: fill a Sun Shower with hot water at home. Leave it on top of your car while you are diving. It will REALLY help you when you take that wetsuit off in the cold air...have plenty of towels available. I've made many a friend by bringing mine along on beach dives. Available at Bass Pro Shops and many other outlets. Cost? PRICELESS.

p.s. they are AWESOME after a hurricane passes and you have no electric or hot water for a few weeks. Laugh at your friends as they complain about cold water showers...you won't suffer a bit!

A good idea, but a few money saving tips for the bridge.

  1. Milk/Water jugs work just as well with hot water in them, and they are a free once they are empty.
  2. Never leave anything on your car that you don't want to "give away" to a homeless person as that is what will happen.
 
The key to staying warm is to strip asap and towel off. Inshore waters are around 44 and the air is getting down to 15 tonight, so I'm not very sympathetic guys :wink:
 
Missed the dive today. I was getting brownie points by being a compassionate care giver... I am scheduling a dive for Sunday at BHB
