I also respect Wookie's position and decisions. He did an admirable job explaining why he made those decisions and provided all of us with a better understanding of the demands on the liveaboard business and why all divers should be more supportive if you want them to continue.

I think this is a key difference. Perhaps if the Fling did a better job of reaching out to the dive community and interacting with divers and participating in forums such as this, they could have explained their position themselves. I think this would have gained them much more respect and consideration.
