Theory Test over with

Just back from taking the theory test for the Padi Open Water Diver Course. Took 2 weeks to learn the book, charts etc. Took four hours today including the mock questions before hand and running through the end of chapter questions in the book.

Passed the test getting four wrong, oddly enough my wife also got four wrong. We both got the RDP questions correct, which surprised us. I got a couple of stupid questions wrong which have annoyed me but glad to have passed.

Confined dive numero uno starts next week and we cannot wait. Thought I'd share incase any fellow newbies have just collected their book and thought 'okay some light reading at bedtime'

The RDP is scary at first but once you read over it a few times and do a few mock dives you get the hang of it. I'm sure you'll have fun doing the openwater dives.
