I got my OW in Belize actually. Stayed here:

Glover's Atoll Resort, Belize

I booked a day trip with Sea Sports Belize. I had a good time. We did 2 dives. only five divers. Took a lunch break after first dive at a Island that had like 10 dogs on it, it was a good day
