Tobermory Charter Operators

Hello, I'm looking into planning a weeklong trip to Tobermory for a group of experienced shipwreck divers next year. I was wondering if anyone has any recommendations for charter operators in that area. I've done some searching on Google but also wanted to see what people on Scubaboard recommend.

Divers Den is the only option. They have a number of boats. They absorbed the other charter ops in town as the people retired or sold off.

Kelly and the team at Divers Den run a fantastic operation. I do 3 or 4 trips with groups of my divers every season to Tobermory. Their best boat is Deep Obsession which comfortably dives 16 divers. Second choice would be Proteus which dives 12.

another big thumbs up for Divers' Den. We're up there 4 or 5 times a season, and they've always been great with us.

The comments above are accurate...

If your group includes some mix-certified techies and you're looking for a side trip, there is some nice tech diving opportunites an hour south out of Wiarton. The Manasoo (215') and HJ Jones (170') are both awesome dives.

Marine Charters has a six pack in that area. You'd need to bring your own gas for Manasso since helium isn't available from DD, although they'll happily do air top-ups.
