Hi,
My puck wrist computer's strap tore at the buckle. It was purchased less than a year ago so should still be under warranty. Do I need to contact Mares or the store where it was purchased, or can I take it to any mares authorized dealer for in warranty repair? The repair is pretty urgent, so I need to get it sorted out quickly. Thanks.
 
Any warranty claims should be handled through any authorized Mares dealer. It does not matter where you purchased the item, although I've found it can be helpful to take it back to the original store that you purchased from if possible.
