There is a another way to dive Almar Jane if one prefer NOT to ascend on the shot line. There is a completely broken wreck(St. Christopher) in shallow water not too far from Almar Jane.
Anyone would want to share the shot line with a bunch of incompetent chinese divers?

Alma Jane is a nice dive if there are a few divers but as you note if it gets crowded, not so nice. My beef is that some Korean and Chinese divers are not taught the proper etiquette.
Who brings 20 divers at a time to the site?
This is an amazing thread. After reading this, I contacted Blue Water also, and am trying to plan a trip April 27- May 4 in Puerto Galera and Anilao in between two work trips. Diving the Philippines will be a great respite after 2 weeks in Mongolia...

Those are one of my favorite nudis in the area.
Locally here in the UAE one dive op does and it's always the plan to get to some specific dive sites before they do!
However the Alma Jane is a great night dive, few people dive it at night and I recall it was close to a Mandarin Fish site several years ago, so we used to first hang around for the Mandarin Fish until the hordes arrived and descended deeper to Alma Jane for some peace and quiet.
