Since you got the newsletter 24 hours ago, this will be somewhat brief . . .

ALL QUIET ON THE LOBSTER DIVER FRONT - I'm happy to report that we seem now to have made it through the first 48 hours without any reports of accidents or fatalities.

THE LOBSTER RESTRICTION MAP - Here's another glance at the map indicating the temporarily closed areas. Check with CADF&W for further updates.
mail
HEAT KILLS DOLPHINS - Quite sad. It seems that at least 100 dolphins in the Brazilian Amazon have died as water temps there hit 102º. There's a drought going on there as well that may factor in. Read more about it here: DEAD DOLPHINS IN THE AMAZON.

WORLD WAR II WRECK FOUND - Missing since 1943 when it crashed off of the island of Malta during a bombing run, a WW2 bomber has been found but more significantly, human remains have been recovered and identified as a missing airman from Los Angeles. You can read more about this here: BRINGING WW2 FLIER HOME.

And that'll do it for now. Have a great week and let's go diving soon!!!
