I saw the video also. I don't remember the name of the show, it could have been on Extreme Contact. The shark was hanging on the guy's upper left chest. The kid didn't appear to be in pain, he seemed to be poseing so the camera could get a good shot of him and the shark.
The story goes that he was snorkeling, saw the shark and tried to pet it. The shark took exception to being bothered, bit down on the guy's chest and wouldn't let go. As everyone has said, what a shame for this to happen the shark!
