Big-t- I'm not sure what you meant by that but keep in mind I have pictures to prove. I took pictures and so did the police. The last thing I need is someone calling me names.

The UPS Store is not, strictly speaking, UPS. There is a franchise system called Mail Boxes Etc, that got bought out by UPS, and now the franchisees have to change the name of their store to the UPS Store. Dropping your package off there is different from taking your package to the local UPS depot (where all the trucks leave from ... they usually have a customer counter in the front of the building), at least, until the package leaves the store (after it leaves, it's treated exactly the same as any of the other hundreds of thousands of packages traversing UPS' system at any given point in time.)
