I really like Low Key dive center on St. John. Their boats visit many sites in the body of water between St. John and St. Thomas. I really liked the dives at Cow and Calf Rocks, south of St. Thomas's east end. I haven't been back since the hurricane, though. I do know that Low Key is doing business.

Although I got DCS in St. Croix and spent most of my vacation in a chamber and ER, we used SCUBA and they were most accommodating and hard working. I would have to give them extremely high ratings in all areas.
