Does the USAT Liberty have any technical penetration? I am trying to decide if I should bring my reels, arrows, backup lights, doubles wing, etc.

Are there any other great wrecks accessible from Bali? Are they technical or recreational wrecks?

Not much is left of the Liberty, certainly no penetration. The surrounding area is superb for macro. Leave the extra bits at home

I never consider that as a wreck dive.
