Wanted input on dry suit gloves

I have the SI-tech system (love the system, hated the glove liners) I switched my liners to thin flannel gloves that stop short of my wrist. I also found the rigid wall tubing from lowes works well for dry glove equalization.
 
I found some light neoprene gloves (liners) that fit under my dry gloves. Walmart $18 they are called North49 or something close to that name. The nice part about the neo is if you get a hole your hands still stay warm.
