If you're doing just a couple of dives as part of a holiday, dive skin should be fine. If it's multiple dives over multiple days, bring a 3mm

3mm should be fine. current temperature, as of yesterday, was 28-29 Deg C at the surface and about 1 deg cooler at 20m
