I'm taking a cruise beginning March 27th with the following ports of call:
Civitavecchia (Rome), Italy;
Messina (Sicily), Italy;
Piraeus (Athens), Greece;
Kusadasi (Ephesus), Turkey;
Rhodes, Greece;
Chania (Souda), Crete, Greece;
Naples, Capri, Italy

Any advice on local dive operators and water temps for any of these cities would be appreciated.

I sail all of those areas , 7 months a year starting April 1 each year-and the temp varies from about high 50s (59*) to mid to higher 60s in April as high as 75 in the summer time-depending on the year
Rome may be slightly colder-

for Chania, try Blue Adventures Diving - Home page I have not dived with them,but I have heard there are some good cave dives you can do. On Piraeus, you cannot dive,but there are some places in Athens where you can do so. Try Welcome to Athina Diving for some dives there. For Rhodes, unfortunately I don't know...I can check out if you like. As for temperatures, they are around 18-20 and 21 Celcius.
