Can anyone share w/ us what the water temps have been these past few days off of Playas Coco? We are heading out Nov. 13. Has the rain subsided?

Water temperatures on the pacific side of Costa Rica vary between 70° and 85° degree and change sometimes in between the dives, but average is around 78/80°.
I would suggest a 5mm steamer and booties and you will be fine.
The torrential rain from last week has stopped, so viz should get better and Playas del Coco was not so much affected like the southern part of Costa Rica.
