I've got a couple of old Pelican dive lights, pre-LED, but similar to their 2010N. I know they'll do 120 feet without leaking, because they been there multiple times. You'd need to weight it a bit to make up for not having batteries in it.
I must maske note of this idea for future trips.
 
I bought a couple of these and pressure tested one to 150' overnight. It stayed dry.

Having twice lost my keys while shore diving (but found them the following day both times!), I put them inside my swim suit pocket under my wetsuit. Of course I only need three keys on my keychain so it isn't a big deal.
