Wearing Tanks Upside Down

It's actually a lot easier. Try reaching your lower back and compare that the usual valve positions. I don't regularly dive tanks like that but I've tried them on once or twice.

The hardest to reach valve is the manifold, and that's not much harder than scratching the back of one's neck (read: not hard).

With them upside down I'm not sure I could reach around the circumference of the tank to get to the manifold. Also, different tanks will position the valves in different spots. I'm not sure I'd be into that.
