Good pic, Dale (beginners luck, of course :D).

How did the other shots turn out?

Well... let's just say there's room for improvement.

Here's a grunt sculpin with Kyle (I think) shining his light on it. Too washed out.

Here's the same grunt with just my little flash, too dark. I wasn't settled enough so it's blurred as well.

A ling cod. I already see that using a flash from the camera picks up all the particulate in the water. Hopefully my future slave flash will not do this.

Kyle and Stuart.

My first attempt at a Swankenstein inspired self portrait. I've got some work to do :shakehead: Hey! I'm getting low on air too.

Dive on Sunday Nov 15th.

I heard talk at Porteau, but no details on where....

Yeah Dale, you should have probably switched cylinders there. lol:wink:
You're taking rock bottom to a whole new level.

Oh.. that's ok. I had my 80cuft pony with me :D

What kind of camera did you get Dale?

Intova 800 8MP. I just have the camera now but will soon have the strobe as well. I am not a natural techy so I anticipate a steep and painful learning curve ahead. But at least I won't have to draw pictures of my dive trips anymore... unless I want to.
