Hi all,

I'm off to do some diving, after almost half a year absence. The dive op have advised they use steel 10.5l tanks, which I understand are nice and compact, which should be perfect. However I have only ever dived with AL tanks.

With an AL80 I need 3.2kg of weight with the thermal protection I'll be using (full 3mm suit, with lavacore skin and lavacore hood). Does anyone have an idea how much less weight would be needed for steel tank?
