I agree wth Damselfish. It's an individual thing, but many people who live here (including myself) don't bother with wetsuits except on the odd "cool" day in Dec. or Jan. It's nice to have the protection provided by a skin though.
 
Malinut, I just returned from the Caymans on 16 Nov. Water temp was 86 F at depth. On one night dive it dropped to 83. I was diving a 2mm shorty and was plenty comfortable. Some folks were diving skins, while other just T-shirts, and they were all quite happy. Water temp might drop a few degrees heading into December but you won't need more than a 3mm suit.
 
Water temp was 82 to 83 degrees on Saturday Dec. 2.
 
I wear an ordinary synthetic fleece jumper under .5 suit. Works a treat in "borderline" temperatures. Water drains out really quickly when you take the suit off, and then you find that it keeps you warm out of the water. For another couple of degrees, wear a hood.
