In addition to various other trinkets (most of which have been listed), I carry this little gizmo:
Solid stainless steel tool set: Micro-Max 19-in-1 - Swiss+Tech . I think mine might actually be a slightly older model though.
Instead of a keyring, I clip it to a little boltsnap. It comes in real handy if you need to adjust a goodman handle, pull a mask strap through a buckle, or anything else that involves a screwdriver or small pliers.
