What is this? Goby?

Looks more like a fish to me............Has the Goby like features.
 
I don't see a second dorsal fin, which would make no joy on the goby option.

Looks kinda like a little sea bass.
 
We call them Blacktipped Rockcod here - and some don't even have blacktips. Vary in colour from extremely pale, almost yellowish, to very bright reds.
