What is this? Sipadan (Borneo, Malaysia)

Heya all,

I was tagging and bagging my photo's from a diving trip a couple months ago. During the trip to Sipadan (Borneo, Malaysia), I encountered a tiny little fish, about 1-2cm big. I have never seen it before and couldn't find it in my books.

I think its a juvenile something, but I was hoping somebody could help me ID it!

Its not extremely sharp, I zoomed in a bit on the photo's to show them more easily.
