It is a Trumpet fish!
Did you see it in the area of the Caribbean?
I believe it is an Autostomidae maculatus or more commonly known as (and easier to say) the trumpetfish.

They're in every ocean I have been in! They are world wide not just the Caribbean
FWIW this is exactly why common names suck. Trumpetfish and flutemouth are both used depending where you are (and also depending on my mood - I have them tagged as both in LR coz I never remember which one I've used LOL).
