Whats Bali Like end of Jan?

We had a package deal that included room, breakfast( which was quite good I must say) and the diving ( can't remember exactly but it was something like 3 a day and then some shore dives as well. They will quote you a price if you email them. I went though them directly and they were very good about getting back to me. It was 2 years ago so I can not remember the particulars! Sorry!

Is the diving reasonably priced at both resorts? I have only dived with Tulamben Wreck Divers on my previous trips and enjoyed the diving with them.
