The ultimate gear is when the only time you need to buy something...its to replace lost or worn out piece of gear.

for me the ultimate gear thought's would be if you could junk your gear and start again, what would you get
also it might help others out there who are looking to buy gear
if you can see lots of people saying "this bit" or "that bit" would be in their ultimate gear, can you see where i'm trying to go with this
there is so much gear out there, choosing can be very dificult, advice from other divers might help

what's your ultimate scuba gear
mask
reg
BCD
wetsuit
drysuit
booties
fins
even a snorkel

give a bit of a why, maybe if the same product name keep popping up it might help some us with desicians {spelling ??}
don't be shy, lets see what the ultimate scuba set up is
if you own it or not

mask - one that fits. - Oh got that
reg - A bunch of S600's and ATX 200's - Oh, got that.
BCD - Oxycheq Signature wing w/ Koplin BP - Oh, got that.
wetsuit - Don't use one of those
drysuit - One that stays dry time after time - Let me know if one is made.
booties
fins - Jet Fins - Oh, go those too.

Now my wish list:
Light - 21W Howard Sandrof HID
A backup Howard Sandrof HID - Just in case.
Tanks - A dozen or so PST - 130's and a few 120's - just for fun
Fill station that could do HP fills
A pair of Nikon D2X cameras, housings and strobes.
A vacation house in Fiji, so that I could go warm water diving whenever I chose.
