Hi there from the southern most tip of africa.
I do most of my diving here in the Cape,but we have
excellent diving all the way up the coast as far as Mozambique
Besides the Indian Ocean islands.Mauritous,Seychels,comores and Madagascar.
Our dream dives are Maldives and the RED sea.
But the Rate of exchange makes them pricy venues.

I dive in Spain, mainly in the med-sea.
I would like to dive in France, what do you recommend?
and a doubt, is it true that in many places they don´t accept PADI cert?

why not?
PADI and Naui are excepted world wide
The french CMAS in some cases has the lowest industry standards
They might make you do a checkout dive ,before you go out diving with them but this is a basic BOUANCY controll,mask and dv clear.
More a money making rittual but it does have its benefits
