A comparable Fijian property to Wakatobi would be Matangi Island Rresort. It's high-end property with really, really good food. I'm not sure that there are many non-liveaboard properties that will do 4 dives a day. I tend to agree with "mjh" about combining a live aboard (N'aia or Agressor). N'aia does the northern side of Fiji, while Agressor does the south. Fiji is really easy to get to. and most importantly - American friendly.
