Wow, Searcaigh, that's a really cool nudi!
I had the first dive of the year last night, at our local mudhole. We went in at dusk:
Viz was beautiful, at least 20 - 25 feet, and critters were out in force. We saw LOTS of gunnels out in the open, Peter found a red octo sharing a hole with a gunnel, and we saw a few nudibranchs. But the star of the show was the tiny, two-inch or so market squidlet who decided to come look in my mask. I actually got a picture of him!
Air temps were in the high 20's, and water was in the mid 40's, and nobody did a second dive
