Wide angle wet lense with 30mm macro?

You are referring to the Weefine WFL09S/Kraken KRL-09S lens not the Nauticam one, right? The Nauticam MWL-1 lens doesn't weigh that much and is optically excellent without the issue you mentioned.
MWL-1 weighs 1.2kg, with a 108mm outer diameter and 120mm length. I haven't shot one, but multiple user testimonies report needing f/16 for decent corner performance.
 
I tried to stuff the camera with 60mm into the housing with the 4" dome. Not to be. The 30 fits fine, with a fair distance (I'd say, around an inch) between the lens and the dome. For CFWA, you might consider a used Panny 8mm fisheye--around $300 US, fits in the 4" dome, and it'll focus right up to the dome. Dramatically lighter than an external lens, and the optics are fine. Of course, for $1,900 more, the 3-lb Nauticam MWL-1 is yours! (But it won't work with the dome).
