Writing on Neoprene

What do you guys usually use to write on neoprene (wet suit)?

Can I use permenant marker? I have got a Artline permenant marker with silver metallic ink and it is XYLENE free, no idea what is that. But then it says it is for use with paper, glass, plastic, etc.

Just wondering you guys will use...

I use a Brite Mark permanent underwater marking pen - seems to work great on neoprene. Check it out here:
