when you go in to repair/service your own equipment and the staff doesn't bat a eyeborw at it, also if they ask if you can help them with some of the repair/service work they have backlogged

He told them he might as well just work there. So he did.

Ther is NO WAY you can spend TO MUCH time at your LDS:dropmouth

Actually, that's something that all shop ownders shoule ask. While they'll get lots of varied responses, knowing what your customer base wants is very important.
