Come on folks, this thread holds so much valuable info for every diver, I think it is great to post the scares as well as all the greats from peoples adventures. It certainly gives people an idea of what they can face and lets them think ahead of time on how they would handle a similiar...

A company that includes the sales tax (if that is the point) has to disclaim they are doing so. I do not see anywhere such a disclaimer. This could possibly be a ligitimate issue. I would contact your local tax attorney if you feel there could be an issue. Better safe than sorry.
