Diving Without a BC or Wings?

There is a group called the California Back Pack Divers, type that in your search engine and it should come up.As for me it's the only way I like to dive or spearfish that is.Most commercial spearfisherman I know dive w/just a back pack,so it can't be all that dangerous as I have been told it is...

    Powerhead modification

Rick, yes thats the one and it doe's sound dangerous.I guess the only reason for this would be to decrease senitivity on contact, the guy I was refering to made a point of making sure there was no resistance when it would slide back and forth ,anyway he hed alot more experience than me. Tom...

10% overfill / Plus + rating on Steel LP tanks

Sounds good to me 8431,but everybody I talk to has a different opinion that includes the guy's doing the retesting.I have found cylinders manufactured as long ago as 1917 that received a + for a couple times after WW2 and then no + for a while and then it it starts back up later.I guess it...

FrankT,I believe you may be talking about 1800 psi cylinders but not sure,in any case I noticed that our retester does'nt + stamp them and they did'nt come from the Mfg with it either,I'll ask him when he comes up later this week.
