Arrested for insurance fraud?

LMAO. Does anyone wonder why health care costs are devouring the US economy and forcing our jobs off shore?

LMAO! Hillarious!

The sea vision chameleon. Basically a killer sea vision mask, that you can add a color correcting or yellow low vis lenses. Cost about $350 that’s pretty much the high end of masks.

Once again jumping to conclusions when you dont even know half the story. Thank you. We live in Canada. As long as it has something to do with your health (weve talked to insurance company) You can get it. Were not loaning this. We put money away for this. Whatever goes on in America obviously isnt that bad here in Canada.

Without going into the politics of Canadian Health Insurance System (one wonders, though), I would recommend the following:

1) Get a nice mask that fits....you should not have to spend more than $ 100.
2) If you wear glasses, get contacts or R/X made for the mask. That costs more but is a good investment.

3) Once you try the mask a few times, if you like it, then get another of the same as a spare. This is a "nice to have" thing but since you are looking to spend some money it is within your budget.

4) Instead of buying equipment that you run the risk of losing, breaking or whatever, I would recommend spending most of your money on getting more advanced level training through whatever agency you wish. Not only will this make you a better diver overall, but long after you have moved on from the useful life of that mask you will still have the diving skills and certification which will be of more value to you over the long haul than any piece of kit. Think of it as the best return on investment (which is hard for a 16 year old to buy into).

Think of it another way. The girls will be much more impressed to hear that you are an advanced (cave, wreck, deep, trimix, rescue or whatever) diver than to see your or hear about a goofy-looking mask. Think of all the stories you can brag about with your advanced level of training. NOW we can start talking about return on investment!
