You reference both USB drivers and AUD version 2.0.5 - AUD will not work with the USB cable, you must use the ACI version. If the application detects the cable and you receive the "time out" error - it typically means that the cable is not installed correctly into the dive computer. If you indeed have the USB cable, download and try the ACI program. If you're still having problems, please give our Customer Service Manager, Ron Landess a call at (800) 435-3483, ext. 213 - he will be able to get you up and running.

OK! That works. I never got the impression from the download page that the ACI software would download dives. It's working fine now.
