And at any point in time in the US there's thousands of drunk drivers on the roads that don't get into accidents. Therefore, drunk driving is safe.

Obviously if a third of all accidents are caused by drunk drivers, two thirds of them are caused by sober drivers. Hence, drunk driving is safer.
