Are there any good shore diving spots for snorkeling? We have a couple days feeing up and want to bring uncertfiied teenagers. Other than Fort Zachary, all the way done...anything else closer we can ark, drop, and snorkle?
Live in central Beach Florida, water too choppy here and want to drive for some R&R for the day
Thanks

Do a search on here for Blue Heron Bridge if you're ever near West Palm Beach. Spotted Eagle Rays, lobsters, eels, octopuseseses. Tons of life there. I'm hoping to be in the water in about three hours there this afternoon.

The grass flats off Egmont key are a good place to snorkel, check out my thread about it called "snorkeling in florida"

We're taking our 6 year old son to Little Torch Key next week. Any suggestions for snorkeling with him? I'm a little concerned about taking him anyplace with really strong currents since this is his first real snorkel experience.
