Austin Dive Buddies?

This will is my first post so, "Hello!"

I'm a brand new OW diver and I seem to be addicted
already.

All the divers I know (that's right, BOTH
of them) seem to be tied up this weekend and I'm hunting
for more buddies. To date I have only managed to dive in the
Mansfield Dam area of Lake Travis. I don't really care
where I go as long as I'm swimming around under water.

So, is this a good place to look for new buddies and if
not any suggestions?

Still being fairly new to Texas, don't know exactly where all these places are.... but would enjoy diving with you next time. This weekend is already booked.

Scubaracer.....I work in the water all week long, but if you can do a rec. dive on sundays let me know. The Comal is a pretty nice drift dive but a little short.

San Antonio. It's currently on it's way to becoming a larger city than Dallas, as I understand...

I'm up for Comal river as well. I know a guy who did it not too long ago, I'm hoping to talk him into doing it again with some other folks...

I'm usually up for a Windy Point dive, just let me know...

Hi - I'm new to certification as well, but I'm starting my advanced open water class next week, so I'm looking for a buddy to dive with pronto! I can get together this Saturday morning if you're interested - I've been to Windy Point.
