Backup mask suggestions

Two things....
First....in regards to the actual question....it would depend on you mean by back up. I have a couple dive buddies that a back up to them...is another mask in the bin. A back up to me is another mask in a pouch that goes down with me. Taking my definition, I would recommend a frameless low volumn mask for sure. As for brand.....lots of choices.

Second....I too hate it when I have to give out "unneeded" information. I tell people I dont have a phone and the cell phone on my hip is company...not personal. What rule says you have to have a phone???
 
If you are satisfied with your #1 mask, get another one just like it. If you are not satisfied, then try - try again, when you find one that suits you, buy another before it gets discontinued.
 
well, after going to a few dive shops in the area, I ended up taking a Scubapro Ventana, which fit surprisingly well, and allowed for good peripheral vision.
