Hi!

I'm in need for some backuplights like H Scout/Solaris. Where to buy from? Cheapest place? Where not to buy from?

And 2.: What online ds are big in the US?

Yup, I agree, Photon Torpedoe LEDs..... Cheaper, Brighter, Tougher, Better built.... no contest.....

I like my Pelican Sabrelight. It is cheap and just about indestructable. You can get one at REI for about $20

PT LED,,,Chuck Noe hand makes the unit....great light!

OOF! $190 for the PT with the LEd upgrade kit, and you say the Halcyon is expensive in comparison? I just bought two OMS Vegas from Scubatoys, got the discount, and paid less than $150 total with shipping. Yeah, they use CR123A batteries, but since you're not burning your backup all the time, it's not expensive to replace them when needed. Somebody just did a review of backup lights, look a little farther down in the listings.
