Dude. It's 0100 Friday here and
I've got about twenty around the
place. With what am I able to help

You might want to start waving one of these around
so that elusive buddy makes more of an effort at not
being so elusive any more?

I guess I should have said 8" overall length, including the handle.:D I'm not trying to take some sort of commando knife down. Also, I'm asking specifically about the Ranger that you had in the first set of pictures. Did you put holes in the cummerbund and mount the knife with book screws?

Yes overall. You did not mention blade.

All my gardening, implement attachments, utilise
existing grommets plastic Zeagle book screws and
self tapping srews, and washers, into the scabbard

I've noticed a fold on one part of the bladder and that the same side looks like its not fully inflated. Opened up the BC to check the bladder(didn't know it was that easy) and, whoa, a surprise, before mentioned part of the bladder was completely twisted on that upper, thinnest part of the wing what caused obstruction to air flow and unbalance. Fixed it, tested it in the pool and everything works great. Thanks for help everyone!

That's right, knowone nailed it! (clap clap)

It is a used BC and it might be possible while it was deflated and pushed around that the bladder got twisted, altough I don't know how he managed to do it. I'd be able to do it only if I twisted the bladder with my hands.

Nah!

They used the same sized bladders for many wings
with the outside sack governing the ultimate shape
and lbs and the bladder being larger than the sack
gives plenty of safety margin so the bladder doesn't
overexpand and explode

Zeagle has always made a terrific heavy and pretty
impervious to puncture top quality urethane bladder
which I have yet to find perforated even with rock
salt that purveys every bladder I have ever pulled
apart

Only a small haul from two bladders this week

All I need is an oyster

That twisted at the top business occurs when people
that shouldn't be touching stuff conduct experiments

Pity they're not a girls best friend

The thing is that I actually play it pretty safe and only blarb
about stuff that I do or have done and am going to do again

When you state that the tank moves easily on your back, it may not be the proper size for your build or you are wearing it to high above your hips..
Have you expanded the cumberbun to the outmost positions? With out the weights extending over the curve ot the divers hips there is nothing but strap tension holding everything in place.
