Any tips getting from the Crane over to the west side with scuba gear? Would like to dive about 3 days.

You can probably leave your gear at the shop, which opens options for getting there. I suspect it is too far for the shop to fetch you, but you could ask.

I have a feeling Andre, the BB owner lives on the east coast, possibly not too far from Crane so you maybe lucky. You can leave your gear with them
