PNG has both.
I would say Komodo. In Nusa Kode amazing macro stuff and you have manta Alley or Makassar Reef for mantas and off course Castle and Crystal rock for sharks and schools of fish. I could give you advise on which boat to choose, but since I am working for a liveaboard company, it would be advertising, however you can pm me for more details.
